Teens Against Tobacco Use
Teens Against Tobacco Use (T.A.T.U.) Teen Teachers

T.A.T.U 's goals are to help teens and kids remain tobacco free. In this prevention program, kids teach kids. High school students use peer-teaching to educate the elementary students about the negative impact of tobacco. The teens learn how to be community advocates with skills and experience to creatively influence younger children through public speaking and group presentation.

Teens Against Tobacco Use (T.A.T.U) Advocates
This is a new program designed using the traditional TATU peer-based teaching model which is successful in partnering with over 1,000 teens annually in Clark County. TATU Advocates create, design and implement projects in the community to advocate for a tobacco free community instead of teaching in the elementary schools. Peer involvement and communication are based on face-to-face interactions and planned activities just as in our traditional T.A.T.U program. We offer incentives for teen groups participating in our program.
