You can donate your vehicle online or by mail.

You may download these forms here and mail them or complete the forms at the American Lung Association office. It will only take about 15 minutes.
Bring these forms and the title to your vehicle to our office or mail them to us via certified mail.
We will arrange for your vehicle to be towed to the auto auction vendor with whom we contract. The vendor holds auctions every Thursday. Within 30 days or less of the sale of your vehicle, we will send you a letter for your tax records stating the amount of your eligible tax deduction.
If your car sells for $500 or less, you may deduct $500. If your car sells for more than $500, you may deduct the amount of the actual sale. Please contact your tax preparer for guidance on this issue.
